HELUCHAIN® SYSTEM—Components
Whether plastic, steel, or hybrid, our drag chains are the backbone of HELUCHAIN® SYSTEM. Pre-assembled with fitting cables, they come together to make a robust and proven complete system for even the most demanding applications.
HELUCHAIN® STEEL LINK 1-SF
The closed steel casing of the STEEL LINK 1-SF steel tube provides cables and hoses with good protection against hot shavings, welding beads, and sparks. The steel tube is a proven solution for many specialty tooling machine applications with short travel distances and limited movement cycles.
HELUCHAIN® HYBRID LINK 4-PL
The HYBRID LINK 4-PL drag chain with aluminium crossbars is a more cost-effective and lighter solution than steel drag chains. When installed in a trough, this chain slides over itself in applications with travel distances up to 100 m.
The hybrid drag chain can be found in tooling machines, handling technology, conveyors, hoisters, and many more.
