What makes cables special cables?
We design special cables made to measure for individual applications. This includes all components: sheath material, number of wires, cross-section, shielding, reinforcement, strain relief, stranding and durability. As a special cable manufacturer, we adapt every parameter exactly to your requirements. From steel-jacketed cables to integrated media hoses and large-format cross-sections to miniaturised, torsion-capable special cables, we realise almost every design. Our service also includes individual coat colours, packaging, lettering and labelling.
From concept to series production: How your special cables are made
The path to the finished custom-made cable begins with your inquiry. We coordinate closely with you, define parameters and suggest suitable variants. Our cable design develops a technical concept based on your specifications. In doing so, we use proven, approved components and modify them for your intended use.
For larger quantities, we first produce a sample for approval. Only when you are convinced does the production of special cables start in series. Because our development and production are under one roof, there are no delays. Of course, you can combine your individual cables with the right assembly or a HELUCHAIN energy chain.

We build upon approved, standard components and modify them for your application. Our custom cables are constructed in accordance with relevant international standards and requirements.
It depends on the complexity. Thanks to our in-house development and production at our location in Windsbach, Germany, we are able to work quickly. Before beginning the production of larger orders, we clarify the technical parameters then produce a sample for approval. Once you have approved the sample, we begin with series production and provide you with a fixed delivery date.
