The award is presented by Deloitte Private, UBS, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and the Voice of German Industry e.V. (BDI) and is a seal of quality for corporate excellence. Companies are evaluated in the areas of strategy, productivity & innovation, corporate culture & engagement, as well as governance & finance. HELU was able to impress the jury with its recent, impressive growth.
The Best Managed Companies program honours successful middle-sized and family-run businesses. It was initiated by Deloitte in the 1990s in Canada and has since been established in over 45 countries.
