What is the difference between a cable and a custom cable?
We construct custom, specialty cables according to individual applications. This includes all components: sheath material, core count, cross-section, screening, armouring, tension relief, stranding, and resistances. As a manufacturer of custom cables, we perfectly match every parameter to your application. Steel-sheathed cables, integrated media hoses, large cross-sections, miniaturised, torsion-resistant specialty cables: we are able to realise just about any cable. Our range of services also includes custom sheath colours, packaging, as well as cable and package labelling.
From concept to series production: How our custom cables are made
The process of creating your custom cable starts with a request. We coordinate closely with you, define parameters, and suggest fitting variations. Based on your specifications, our cable construction team develops a technical concept utilising proven, approved components, which we modify for your specific application.
For larger quantities, we will then produce a sample for approval. The series production of your custom cable only begins when you are satisfied. Because our development and production take place under the same roof, there are no delays. Of course, you are able to combine your custom cable with a fitting assembly or HELUCHAIN drag chain.

It depends on the complexity. Thanks to our in-house development and production at our location in Windsbach, Germany, we are able to work quickly. Before beginning the production of larger orders, we clarify the technical parameters then produce a sample for approval. Once you have approved the sample, we begin with series production and provide you with a fixed delivery date.
