With us, you get the complete logistics package. From delivery service with lifting platforms, forklifts or cranes for unloading, to drum management with free cable drum pickup - HELU accompanies the shipment competently and reliably from the order receipt right up to the return of the old drums.

- Telephone advice: the goods are held at the carrier's warehouse and a delivery date is agreed with the customer, resulting in an extension of the delivery time by at least one day.
- Driver's Advice: The driver directly informs the customer about his or her expected arrival time.
Note: The advice will only be invoiced if a binding order is placed upon order placement. The mere indication of a contact person and a telephone number does not constitute a claim for advice; in this case, the information provided by our shipping department and the delivery service provider only offer the possibility to contact the recipient if necessary.

Scheduled delivery (national)
For parcel and freight shipments, we offer scheduled deliveries within the country from our locations in Hemmingen, Neuenhagen, and Pleissa. In addition to the regular freight charges (”free delivery” or “freight collect”), additional surcharges apply depending on the selected delivery option (see below).
