HELU Becomes Back-of-Shirt Sponsor of the VfB Stuttgart Women's Team
The HELU Group is expanding its partnership with VfB Stuttgart as the new back-of-shirt sponsor of the women's team.
The women of VfB Stuttgart have made club history by climbing to the ranks of the Frauen-Bundesliga (Women’s German National League). For the 2026/27 season, the VfB Stuttgart Women's Team will take to the pitch sponsored by the HELU Group, whose logo will be displayed on the back of the players' shirts.
"We are proud to be part of this success story, and we want to help write its next chapter," says Dr Petra Luksch, Head of Global Marketing Communications at HELU. In just a few years, the women in Stuttgart have climbed straight from the Oberliga (Upper League) to the Frauen-Bundesliga. "This rise is impressive," emphasises Dr Luksch, who sees many parallels here. Since their founding in 1978, HELU has steadily grown to become one of the world's leading systems suppliers for electrical connection technology. "We share values such as team spirit, passion, and the drive to succeed," explains Dr Luksch. "That's what makes this partnership so special." HELU has been an official club partner of VfB Stuttgart since 2024.
The shirt sponsorship with the women's team takes this cooperation to the next level. "Whether in industry, the energy supply sector, or a football stadium, our goal is to establish long-lasting connections," says Dr Luksch.
