Welcome on Board! A New Year of Training Begins at HELU
More than 20 new faces, full of anticipation, have started their training or dual-studies programmes at HELU as junior employees.
It’s that time of the year again. The first of September marks the beginning of a new year of training. A number of new students have started their professional training at HELU.
At our headquarters in Hemmingen alone, we are welcoming 15 new talents who are beginning their dual studies or training programmes with us. We are also welcoming trainees at our locations in Windsbach, Meissen, Glatten, and Bielefeld.
“At HELU, educating new professionals is very important to us. Getting the youth excited about our company is one of our most important investments in the future,” says Bernhard Schanz, Vocational Training Specialist at HELU. “We are incredibly pleased with the number of new trainees or dual-studies students who have decided to come learn and grow with us.”
Those who start their careers at HELU have multiple paths to choose from. This year, we are offering education in 13 different trades and degree programmes including in economics and commerce, logistics, production, and IT. Our three year groups currently include a total of 67 junior talents. After successfully completing their training or studies, the chances of being hired are high.
“Our Youngsters receive comprehensive training and the ability to grow into their roles,” Bernhard Schanz emphasises. “For us, it is very important that they receive the space they need to grow both personally and professionally.”
