HELU’s Type K and S plastic corrugated conduits, as well as the PT-S and S-PU series, are manufactured from polyamide, PVC, and polyurethane. They offer high flexibility and are lightweight, while also protecting cables from moisture, dust, and chemical agents.
In addition, the slotted design allows for retrofitting onto existing cable runs, making installation and maintenance more convenient.

Shrinkable tubing
Black shrinkable tubing for cables features an integrated adhesive inner layer that provides long-term protection against moisture. When heated, the material shrinks and forms a completely sealed barrier.
This proven solution is commonly used to finalize cable repairs or to seal transition points between different cable types, ensuring reliable sealing and long-term durability of the connection.

Metal conduits
Thanks to its metal construction, this protective tubing also provides effective shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and is suitable for use in environments with extreme temperatures.
These types of corrugated conduits feature a spiral-wound design and are manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel.
They provide very high mechanical stability while still maintaining the flexibility required for installation and operation. Thanks to their metallic construction, these protective conduits also offer effective shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and are suitable for use in environments with extreme temperatures.

High temperature protection
Our HTP series is specifically designed for applications in extremely high-temperature environments. A silicone layer containing iron oxide, applied over a fiberglass braid, enables this protective conduit to withstand temperatures of up to +260 °C.
The material can even tolerate small amounts of molten metal and effectively protects cables from welding sparks, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature industrial environments where spark exposure is a risk.

Protective conduits for high mechanical stress
In mechanical engineering, these corrugated conduits protect cables from metal shavings and coolant generated during machining processes. Braided sleeves
Plastic braided sleeve is highly flexible and lightweight, and protects cables from moisture, dust, and chemical agents.
Conduit fittings
HELU conduit fittings ensure a secure connection between cable protection conduits and equipment enclosures or junction boxes. They provide defined protection ratings (IP65, IP66, IP68) while reducing mechanical stress on the cable (strain relief).
