New Cat7 data cable for powerful live performances
HELU presents its new Cat 7 cable with robust and flexible PUR sheath for event and media technology
HELU expands its portfolio with the new HELUEVENT Cat 7 PUR BROADCAST FLEX cable, a robust and flexible data cable designed to meet the requirements of event and media technology. The Cat 7 cable was specifically designed for indoor and outdoor moving applications and is also suited for cabling LED panels and walls, network connections, audio networks like Ethersound, digital audio, or AoIP (audio over IP).
1. Key features of the HELUEVENT® Cat 7 PUR BROADCAST FLEX data cable
HELUEVENT® CAT.7 S/FTP PUR BROADCAST FLEX
In the events and communications industry , cables are frequently installed, dismantled, moved, coiled, and subjected to constantly changing environmental conditions. This is precisely where the HELUEVENT Cat 7 PUR BROADCAST FLEX excels.
1.1 Durable PUR outer sheath
ts soft, PUR outer sheath provides for comfortable haptics and makes daily handling easy. At the same time, the cable is more flexible than traditional office data cables, making it highly suited for the particular requirements of moving applications.
1.2 Durability
Some other notable features of this Cat7 cable series:
- The cable is also UV-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor installation.
- The cable can withstand temperatures ranging from 0°C to +50°C when in frequent motion, and from -40°C to +80°C when permanently installed.
- With regular movement, its bending radius is 8 x diameter and 4 x diameter in static installations.
The HELUEVENT Cat 7 PUR BROADCAST FLEX was designed specifically to endure the common, harsh conditions of the events industry. It unifies the performance of a Cat 7 data cable with the robustness and flexibility required for daily use on stages, at events, or in the studio.
